Timothy Sielschott

After graduation from Bath High School, Tim went on to Colby College in Waterville, Maine to earn his Bachelor's Degree in History with a minor in Finance. He has been married to his wife, Katie, since 2004 and together they have two children.
Tim began his career in the Financial Services Industry with Edward Jones in 2004. In 2012, Tim made the decision to embark on a new path and joined LPL Financial to begin Sielschott Financial Services.
As a longtime resident of Lima, Tim has been involved in numerous civic activities since returning to the area in 2004. This includes Board Member of the Lima Library Association, Charter Member of the Lima Young Professionals, and Assistant Football Coach at Lima Central Catholic.
Valerie Weber
Office Manager
Valerie joined the Sielschott Financial Services team in August 2021, and serves as the office manager. She grew up in Lima and has a bachelor’s degree in Business Education from Bowling Green State University.
After living in Van Wert for ten years she returned to Lima with her husband Jim to raise their twins. Their family enjoys serving others at their church and in the community. She also enjoys making canned goods from her vegetable garden.
